Can I change the day my child attends?

Yes, if a space is available you can change the day your child attends, A new contract will be signed.

Can my child come for occasional days?

Yes if there is space available, however regular attendance will help your child settle in and grow in confidence in their surrounding and with their new friends. A contract will be signed for occasional day visits and separate invoice will be generated for each occasional day.

Can my child come for the odd additional day?

Yes if there is space available.  A separate invoice will be generated for each additional day.

What should my child wear?

WHAT TO WEAR IN WINTER

• Waterproofs – can be provided £20 deposit for the year

• Base layer – thermals - long sleeve top and bottoms

• Next bottom layer - fleece or other warm tracksuit bottoms

• First top layer - long sleeve t-shirt or thin jumper

• Second top layer - fleece jumper

• Third top layer - fleece jacket

• Neck scarf

• Hat and gloves (plenty of spares to be packed in backpack)

• Four pairs of socks. Two pairs to wear (on the bottom, one thin cotton sock, and the top, a thick wool or fluffy bed sock) and two spare pairs to be packed in the backpack

• Extra Jumpers to be packed in backpack for really cold days

• Snow boots or sturdy warm outdoor boots

What about going to the toilet?

For young age groups, we will set up a portable potty and shelter for toileting and nappy changing. For older groups, we have a portable toilet and shelter or a spade. Warm water and soap will be used or hand hygiene. Hand wipes and hand sanitising gel will also be available.
